Larsen & Toubro Secures Major Residential Project in Thane

Larsen & Toubro's Buildings & Factories Division has recently secured a contract from a prominent real estate developer, marking a significant addition to their portfolio. The contract's scope involves the construction of multi-story residential towers in Thane, a key area within the Mumbai metropolitan region.

This ambitious project includes the development of core and shell structures for five towering buildings, each rising to an impressive 62 floors. The project also encompasses the creation of an extensive parking facility, featuring basements, ground-level parking, and five podiums, designed to accommodate the needs of future residents.

M V Satish, Whole-time Director & Senior Executive Vice President (Buildings) at L&T, expressed optimism about the economic outlook and the opportunities it presents in the residential buildings sector.
