Juhu, Mumbai:

In one of the most expensive per-square-foot transactions in Juhu real estate, Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan purchased a luxurious apartment in the affluent Mumbai neighbourhood of Juhu for INR 17.50 crore.

The home is on the second floor of the residential edifice Siddhi Vinayak Building in Presidency Society, where the actor's family already possesses a unit. The flat is valued at approximately 1.10 lakh rupees per square foot, making it one of the most expensive transactions in a neighbourhood known for the properties of Bollywood actors, directors, producers, and industrialists.

Aaryan has paid 1.05 crore in stamp duty for the 30 June 2023 registration of the transaction. Additionally, he will have exclusive access to two parking spaces in the tower. According to documents obtained via Indextap.com, the transaction was conducted by the actor's mother, Mala Tiwari, on his behalf.

In January 2023, Aaryan leased an opulent flat on Juhu Tara Road from actor Shahid Kapoor for three years at a total rental payment of over 2.89 crore rupees.
