One of India's largest real estate developers, Kalpataru has unveiled Kalpataru Summit, a Grade-A commercial development on Mulund's Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg.

Kalpataru Summit is a 6-lakh-square-foot development that includes small and mid-size offices as well as retail space.

The project, which will have floor plans ranging from 450 to 1000 square feet, will be completed by June 2026.

"Kalpataru Summit is conveniently located on LBS Marg, which links residential areas from Ghatkopar to Thane. It provides simple access, decreased travel times, and the option to work close to home."

The commercial real estate project's luxurious office spaces with class-leading services and facilities will help entrepreneurs and company owners to progress up the aspirational value chain," said Parag Munot, Kalpataru's managing director.

Kalpataru has created many historic assets in the commercial real estate sector, including Kalpataru Square, Asia's first Platinum LEED Certified Core and Shell building by the US Green Building Council.
