Navi Mumbai:

JSW Infrastructure has made a significant acquisition in the commercial real estate market by purchasing office space in Navi Mumbai’s Nerul from L&T Realty, the real estate development arm of Larsen & Toubro, for ₹88 crore.

The acquired office space encompasses 11 units spread across three wings of one of the towers in the prestigious commercial complex L&T Seawoods Grand Central.

This prime property boasts a total carpet area of over 52,690 sq ft. This acquisition marks a notable shift in the market trend towards leasing office spaces rather than outright purchases.

Additionally, JSW Infrastructure will gain exclusive access to more than 52 car parking slots within the tower as part of this deal. The company paid ₹5.29 crore in stamp duty for the registration of the transaction, which was finalized on July 16, according to documents accessed through Propstack.
