As it expands operations in Noida and Pune, Inframantra India, a real estate services company, aims to achieve house sales of Rs 350 crore in the current fiscal year.

In the previous fiscal year, Inframantra had transactions totaling over Rs 250 crore; this year, the company aims for growth of 40%.

It has recently established offices in Pune and Noida, employs more than one hundred people, and offers a distinctive client experience in the main real estate category, with a heavy emphasis on residential sales. In 2022-23, it plans to grow its staff by 50 percent.

Beginning as a channel partner for just two prominent developers less than a year ago, the firm has exceeded its growth forecasts to become a top channel partner for all of the country's established real estate giants.

It is positioned to be the most technologically sophisticated real estate platform in India, addressing the housing and commercial property requirements of individuals and businesses throughout the nation.

Shiwang Suraj, the company's founder and director, said, "We plan to build offices in five other locations over the next few months, when the country's real estate market returns to pre-covid levels. In recent quarters, projects, particularly in the middle-income and luxury segments, have seen great growth, and this trend is projected to continue for the foreseeable future.

The firm provides creative and user-friendly technological solutions to meet the housing and commercial demands of urban professionals. A professional team engages with clients to offer turnkey services including due diligence, site inspections, unit selection, price negotiation, lending facilities, completion of legal procedures, document creation, and registration of the papers.

Co-founder and director Garvit Tiwari stated that the business intends to establish offices in Dubai and other Middle Eastern countries to serve NRI professionals attempting to purchase real estate in India. The firm intends to enter other international markets in the near future.
