The hotel is scheduled to commence operations in the first quarter of 2028, reflecting the company's strategy to meet growing accommodation demands in India's emerging industrial centers.

Pithampur, located within the expanding Indore Metropolitan Region, has established itself as a crucial industrial center, particularly in automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
