Bengaluru:

Google Connect Services India, a subsidiary of the U.S. Internet giant, has renewed its three-year lease on around 6 lakh square feet of office space in Hyderabad.

According to data analytics firm PropStack, Google has extended the lease for this facility, which contains its technological back end offices, until October 2026, with a 15% increase in rent every three years.

The building has ten stories and is situated in Meenakshi Technova.

According to the leasing agreement,

"Google will pay a rent of over INR 37 crore from October of this year till October of 2025."

This deal is another evidence that global technology firms, such as Google, are executing their cloud strategy in India.

While the majority of businesses are focused on cloud computing, relatively few are cloud-native.According to sources, Google's customers would see an improved quality of service as a result of these developments.
