Godrej Properties Secures Sales in Excess of INR 500 Crore During The Launch of Godrej Woodsville in Pune

Godrej Properties, one of the largest real estate developers in India, has reached sales of Rs 500 crore with the opening of its new project, Godrej Woodsville in Hinjewadi, Pune. For the September 2022-launched project, the company has thus far sold 675 or more residences covering an area of over 6,900 square feet. The real estate market in Hinjewadi has been gathering steam in the past couple of decades and now seems to going at full throttle.

The average property rates in Hinjewadi has increased significantly over the past decade and with more quality real estate development in Hinjewadi being planned, the property rates will only grow further in this location.

Mohit Malhotra, managing director and chief executive officer of Godrej Properties, confirmed that Pune has always been a key market for Godrej properties, and that the consistent growth of their townships reflects the customer's confidence and demand for controlled and gated environments in Pune with sustainable facilities by reputable real estate developers.

Godrej Woodsville is a residential development situated near the Mula Mutha river in Hinjewadi. The project is located strategically to provide connectivity to the information technology (IT) and lifestyle hubs in Hinjewadi, as well as access to schools, hospitals, shopping malls, restaurants, and luxury hotels.
