Godrej Properties Earns Rs 2650 Crore in Revenue From Sales in Godrej Woods Noida and Riverhills Pune

Real estate market in India is back with a bang. That is at least for some of the strong Indian property development brands. One such property developer in India is Godrej Properties which has done a brisk amount of sale in the recent months.

Within a year of the opening of Godrej Woods in Noida in March 2021, Godrej Properties sold 855 residences for Rs 1,650 crore. This includes sales of 509 crore in March 2021 and 1141 crore in the first half of FY 22.

Godrej Woods is located in Noida - Sector 43 and is surrounded by a beautiful green urban forest with over 600 trees. Numerous lifestyle facilities are included in the project, including infinity-edge pools, a café, a rivulet, a contemporary clubhouse, orchards, a forest path, and an elevated promenade. The development is next to the 97-acre Noida Golf Course.

Godrej Properties joined the NCR market in 2010 and has since added 18 residential, commercial, and township developments across five cities, with seven already completed and 11 in different phases of construction.

In another project, it achieved FY22 sales of Rs 1,002 crore for its Mahalunge, Pune, township project #Riverhills. The business has sold approximately 1,550 houses totaling over 1.5 million square feet in this township project's current fiscal year. Overall, Pune real estate has also been moving quite well in the recent past.

Riverhills is a mixed-use township set between a river and a hill, with over eight hectares of accessible green space. It is one of the first townships in the projected 283-hectare Mahalunge Maan hi-tech metropolis, and is located between Baner and Hinjewadi.
