Kalyan Krishnamurthy, Flipkart's Chief Executive Officer since 2017, has purchased a luxurious property in Bengaluru. According to Bengaluru real estate sources, the home was purchased for about INR 8 crore and is located in Varthur Hobli's Adarsh Palm Retreat.

The luxurious villa is 4,921 square feet in size and has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, twin kitchens and puja rooms, as well as living, dining, office, media, and utility rooms. Additionally, the property has a private garage.

Around 800 prestigious Victorian houses are located at Adarsh Palm Retreat, a 110-acre development in East Bangalore. A beautiful 65,000-square-foot clubhouse has a swimming pool, badminton and tennis courts, gym, community centre, and a children's play area.
