Kandoi Fabrics Buy Luxury Homes in Lodha Malabar, Walkeshwar 

Two directors of Kandoi Textiles, a maker and exporter of packaging fabrics and bags, have purchased four sea-facing luxury residences in Walkeshwar, South Mumbai for Rs. 217 crore, according to records obtained by Zapkey.

The four properties have a total net size of 18,572 square feet. Each unit has 4,643 square feet in size. The registrations were place between March 23 and March 29, 2023.

Documents revealed that Macrotech Developers Ltd paid a total of Rs 217 crore for four sites inside the Lodha Malabar development, with each unit costing Rs 54.26 crore.

The four luxury homes in Lodha Malabar have a total net size of 18,572 square feet. Each unit has 4,643 square feet in size.

The stamp duty paid on the four units was Rs 13,02 crore, or Rs 3.25 crore per unit.

Pradeep Laxminarayan Agarwal and Rajesh Vijayakumar Agarwal have acquired the sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth floor flats. The flats have 16 parking spaces.

The project called Lodha Malabar - Palaces by the Sea, is one of the most luxurious homes in South Mumbai today boasting of 31 floors. According to local real estate brokers, this is a freshly announced rebuilt luxury project by Lodha with a minimum unit size of around 9,000 square feet and each flat is valued at around Rs 100 crore.
