Luxury Home Prices Soar in Delhi

New Delhi has climbed to the sixth spot among 44 global cities in luxury home price appreciation, recording an average 6.7% increase in the December 2024 quarter, according to Knight Frank's latest report.

Knight Frank’s Prime Global Cities Index Q4 2024

Released on Monday, the Prime Global Cities Index Q4 2024 tracks nominal price movements in local currencies across premier real estate markets. The index revealed that Seoul topped the global list, with an 18.4% surge in prime residential prices during October-December 2024. Other high-ranking cities included Manila (17.9%), Dubai (16.9%), Tokyo (12.7%), and Nairobi (8.3%).

Mumbai Secures 7th Spot with Robust Growth

Mumbai's prime residential prices also witnessed a strong 6.1% year-on-year growth in Q4 2024, placing it at seventh in the global rankings. This reinforces India’s growing prominence in the luxury real estate market.
