Luxury Apartment Sold at The Magnolias in Gurgaon

Amway Global's chief executive officer, Milind Pant has sold an apartment at The Magnolias in Gurgaon for 18.9 crore, according to records obtained by the real estate data analytics company CRE Matrix.

The apartment belonged to Milind's wife, Amrita Pant, and he sold it using a power of attorney.

According to real estate market sources, the luxury falt in Gurgaon is around 6,500 square feet and was sold in October 2023.

There is no doubt that the luxury residential real estate in India especially the bigger cities has bounced back phenomenally well.

Also the luxury real estate sector in india has scaled greater heights in 2022 and looks most likely to deliver another steallar performance in 2023 and beyond.
