For the first time, Tata Housing has introduced pre-engineered plots called 'Swaram', which would be placed in the heart of the planned megacity of Carnatica.

Carnatica, the mega-development in North Bengaluru inspired by Carnatic music, pulls everything within its plan together harmoniously to create a city in tune.

The project is located in Devanahalli, about 15 minutes from Bangalore's Kempegowda International Airport. It has pre-engineered plots with broad roadways and energy-efficient street lighting. The mixed-use development will be centred on three major pillars: technology, sustainability, and social responsibility.

Sanjay Dutt, CEO and Managing Director, Tata Realty and Infrastructure, said, "Driven by innovation, we have been racing to create homes that better meet the increasing demands of new-age house purchasers." Carnatica is one of our largest developments in Bengaluru, redefining the region's millennial home buyer need. Real Estate in North Bengaluru has been a growth hotspot, especially with the 2014 expansion of KIAL.

Swaram's opening as the first phase of Carnatica would significantly boost North Bengaluru's real estate worth."

"Bengaluru has a sizable untapped millennial market that is driven by a return on investment mindset, particularly in rising areas like as North Bengaluru," said Pramod Bisht, senior vice president and business head, south India, Tata Realty and Infrastructure.

The digitally aware generation is searching for purpose-built branded residences equipped with contemporary facilities that keep them connected to everything. They are yearning for health, wellness, and linked facilities, and with Swaram in Carnatica, we hope to enrich their lifestyle via a City in Sync approach."

"Just as distinct notes in a symphony combine to form a greater symphony, various buildings, such as residential complexes, business spaces, parks, green spaces, and clubhouses, will combine to form the city of Carnatica. Any real estate development starts with a valuable piece of land, much as Swaram is the fundamental note/sound of music. As a consequence, we want to transform the region's millennial demand dynamics with Swaram in Carnatica," said Sarthak Seth, vice president and chief marketing officer.

Through the mega-development, a central road would link all of the city's key locations to anticipated high-street shopping. This real estate development in Devanahalli will surely boost the overall growth story of real estate in Devanahalli in a big way indeed.
