Vishal Gupta, Managing Director of Ashiana Housing, has been elected as the new President of CREDAI-NCR. The new leadership aims to drive policy reforms, promote sustainable development, and strengthen industry-government coordination across the National Capital Region's real estate sector.

Ashiana Housing, a New Delhi-based real estate developer, plans to spend Rs 650-700 crore in land and building in 2023-24. The business wants to book Rs 1,500 crore in area in FY24 and add 7-8 million sq ft in three years.
