Smartworks Coworking Spaces has signed India's largest flexible office lease, securing 8.15 lakh square feet at Hiranandani Group's Eastbridge development in Vikhroli West, Mumbai, with operations set to commence in Q4 2026.

Sanofi, the Indian arm of the French pharmaceutical giant, is set to divest its Headquarters in Mumbai , a standalone building in the posh Powai locality. This building, spanning over 150,000 sq ft, currently houses the company’s country headquarters.

SMFG India Credit Ltd., an affiliate of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (SMFG), and Fullerton Financial Holdings (FFH), an established NBFC, have signed a major leasing agreement with Embassy Office Parks REIT.
