French banking major BNP Paribas India Solutions has secured 1.45 lakh sq ft of premium office space in Thane's Hiranandani Centaurus for ₹94.95 lakh monthly rent, marking a significant expansion in Mumbai's growing suburban commercial market.

PropShare Titania, India's second SM REIT, has filed for a ₹472 crore IPO backed by a fully leased Grade A+ asset in Mumbai’s Thane. The offering projects 9% yields, ESG certifications, and stable tenant occupancy.
