Welspun One Logistics Parks announces massive ₹2,150 crore investment to develop 6 million sq ft of Grade-A warehousing space across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, marking significant expansion in South India's logistics sector.

EcoBox Parks, backed by Alta Capital, is investing ₹400 crore to develop a 1.2-million sq. ft. state-of-the-art logistics hub in Chennai’s strategic Mannur locality, strengthening India’s industrial infrastructure.

KSH Infra, a leading developer of storage and logistics parks, would spend ₹450 crore in a 50-acre industrial and logistics park in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. This is KSH Infra's strategic southern Indian market entrance.

Singapore-based CapitaLand Investment Ltd. signed three significant MoUs with Tamil Nadu on January 9. The state would get around Rs 4,500 crore from this ambitious endeavour over five years.

Welspun One Logistics Parks (WOLP), an integrated fund and development warehousing platform, is partnering with GRT Group to develop two Grade-A warehousing facilities in Tamil Nadu with a combined investment of INR 700 crore.
