Gurugram’s SPR corridor is fast becoming a key real estate zone with major residential and commercial projects, strong connectivity, and social infrastructure.

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has launched ‘The Dualis’ in Sector 46, Gurugram—a premium housing project in partnership with Kreeva and ASK Property Fund. With 198 large-sized apartments and a revenue target of ₹1,400 crore, the project marks SPRE's strong push in NCR's luxury market.

Signature Global's Titanium SPR residential property in Sector 71, Gurugram, sold well. Boston Consulting Group's digital sales process has generated approximately INR 2700 crore, with further sales likely when the allocation is finalised. This raises the bar for regional luxury homes.

In a symbol of Gurugram's rise as India's real estate capital, Godrej, Oberoi, Adani, and DLF have begun building luxury residential projects in the city. Prestige and Sobha are also competing in the city's property market, which is booming and attracting attention.
