Bollywood's Roshan family has acquired ten office units across two floors at Yura Business Park in Mumbai's Andheri West through family-owned companies HRX Digitech LLP and Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd for ₹28 crore.

Sunaina Roshan has purchased two commercial office units in Mumbai's Andheri East for ₹6.42 crore, following her parents Rakesh and Pramila Roshan's recent acquisition of five units in the same building.
