K Raheja Corp Investment Managers, the manager of Mindspace Business Parks REIT, has resolved a regulatory case with SEBI by paying ₹68.73 lakh as a settlement fee. The matter pertained to alleged REIT rule violations, and the company settled without admitting or denying SEBI’s findings.
