Esencia Partners, a firm backed by Manipal Group chairman Ranjan Pai, has acquired a prestigious 25,824 sq ft property on Lavelle Road in Bengaluru for approximately ₹165.6 crore, marking one of the city's most significant luxury real estate transactions this year.

SEBI-registered alternative investment fund (AIF) Triveda Capital has raised 80 crore in its first close, aiming to raise 250 crore. Ranjan Pai, chairman of Manipal Education and Medical Group, led the investment, a milestone for the new fund.
