Commercial office rentals in India’s top cities have grown significantly from 2022 to 2025, with Mumbai seeing a 28% rise and Hyderabad 24.1%. Anarock reports strong demand from US firms and a return to premium workspaces.

First Bank Leases Goregaon Premium Office Space Mumbai: IDFC First Bank has leased an office space at Göegaon's Oberoi Commerz III tower spread across 4 floors. Under the five-year leasing arrangement, the bank would pay ₹170 crore in rent.

According to an Anarock research, premium office space rental prices in seven major cities rose 7% year-over-year to Rs 83 per square foot per month in the first six months of the current fiscal. This is due to growing building prices.
