One of the biggest office space renewals of 2025 sees a major tech company reaffirm its Bengaluru footprint with a 5-year lease spanning 870,000 sq. ft.

To expand, flexibility provider Incuspaze leased 325,000 sq ft of office space at QUBE Software Park in Bengaluru. Previously leased 156,000 sq ft in Whitefield, this demonstrates the company's aggressive growth ambition. INCUSpaze is expanding into Bengaluru's IT industry.

One of Bangalore's biggest co-working space deals: IndiQube leased a 1,037-seater premium managed workplace to Ninjacart in Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road Corridor, according to Colliers, the real estate consultancy that coordinated the deal.
