Prime Offices Fund has acquired a premium 3 lakh sq ft office space in Saket, Delhi for ₹750 crore. The property is 95% leased and aligns with PRIME’s sustainability-led investment strategy.

In an innovative move, Nuvama Asset Management, the alternative investment arm of Nuvama Wealth Management, and Cushman & Wakefield have formed a joint venture to raise a 3,000 crore commercial property fund.
