DLF Ltd. reported a 15% decline in net profit to ₹1,171 crore in Q2 FY26, despite achieving strong sales bookings of ₹4,332 crore, primarily driven by its strategic Mumbai market entry with The Westpark project.

Bengaluru-based Century Real Estate reported net sales bookings of ₹1,062 crore in Q2, more than doubling its performance from the same quarter last year, driven by strong demand in the city's premium housing segments.

DLF reported a 23% year-on-year growth in net profit to ₹646 crore in Q1FY25. Outstanding growth was fuelled by ₹6,404 crore in sales bookings, a 214% rise from the previous year. The company's consolidated revenue increased 14% year-over-year to ₹1,730 crore.
