India's office market recorded its lowest vacancy rate in 17 quarters at 15.7% during July-September 2025, driven by surging corporate demand, Global Capability Centres, and robust tech sector expansion across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Hyderabad.
