Palladian Partners has unveiled a ₹1,500 crore project pipeline across Mumbai Metropolitan Region, targeting the Navratri-Dussehra festive season with launches spanning from affordable to luxury segments.

India's biggest and most costly real estate market, Mumbai, started the 2024 festival season with strong Navratri property registrations. Between October 3 and 11, the city registered 5,199 properties, a 13.2% increase over Navratri 2023.

Mumbai real estate, the centre of the Indian property sector, saw a dazzling increase in registrations during Navratri. Under BMC's oversight, property registrations rose to 4,594 units from October 15th to 23rd, 2023.
