Welspun One Logistics Parks has announced a ₹550 crore investment to develop a 1.2 million sq ft Grade-A logistics facility on 46 acres of MIDC land in Pune's Talegaon-Chakan industrial belt, targeting e-commerce, FMCG, and automotive sectors.

Pfizer sold Vidhi Research & Development LLP its rights to a 54-acre land block and its facility in the Trans Thane Creek industrial Area (TTCIA) in Mumbai for over INR 207 crore, including differential premium to the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).
