India's Real Estate Investment Trust sector has reached a landmark achievement by surpassing the ₹1 lakh crore threshold in combined market capitalisation by the end of July 2025, establishing REITs as a legitimate mainstream investment vehicle.

In the June quarter, India's top 21 listed real estate developers sold approximately ₹35,000 crore in homes, with Godrej homes having the largest sales bookings. This strong result shows rising customer demand for premium properties.
