State Bank of India has issued a ₹294 crore tender to purchase 200 ready-to-move 2 BHK apartments across Mumbai Metropolitan Region for employee housing, covering Central Suburbs, Western Suburbs, Thane-Kalyan, and Navi Mumbai corridors.

Suraj Estate Developers has launched Suraj Park View 1, a 29-storey luxury residential tower in Dadar West with a gross development value of ₹250 crore, featuring 0.53 lakh sq ft of saleable area and full MahaRERA registration.

MahaRERA reached a milestone in 2023-24, registering 4,332 projects from 5,471 applicants. Officials stressed that the remaining applications are being carefully reviewed to ensure project integrity and compliance.

Between 1st October and 13th November 2023, MahaRERA recorded 823 new projects in Maharashtra over the holidays. Mumbai's city and suburbs have 106. This time last year, the state registered 769 projects.

In a bold initiative to demonstrate openness and regulatory supervision, MahaRERA deregistered seven key projects throughout the state. Developers recognise budgetary restrictions and lacklustre reception to their offers.
