IRB Infrastructure has reportedly transferred its 27.5-km Gandeva–Ena HAM highway project to IRB InvIT Fund for ₹513 crore as part of its asset monetization strategy to strengthen its balance sheet and pursue new highway development opportunities.

IRB InvIT has successfully raised ₹3,248.43 crore through institutional placement to acquire three major BOT highway corridors, expanding its portfolio from ₹7,800 crore to over ₹16,000 crore and signaling strong investor confidence in India's road infrastructure sector.

As per news sources, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC is evaluating a 1.5 trillion rupee (INR) investment in IRB Infrastructure Trust, an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) sponsored by the construction company IRB Infrastructure Developers.
