Incuspaze is gearing up for a public listing with a $25M pre-IPO round and plans to invest ₹100 crore to expand across Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, capitalizing on India’s booming demand for flex spaces.

To expand, flexibility provider Incuspaze leased 325,000 sq ft of office space at QUBE Software Park in Bengaluru. Previously leased 156,000 sq ft in Whitefield, this demonstrates the company's aggressive growth ambition. INCUSpaze is expanding into Bengaluru's IT industry.

Incuspaze has leased a total of 9.7 lakh square feet of office space in Noida and Gurugram to accommodate the growing demand for flexible workspaces from corporations.
