IRB Infrastructure has reportedly transferred its 27.5-km Gandeva–Ena HAM highway project to IRB InvIT Fund for ₹513 crore as part of its asset monetization strategy to strengthen its balance sheet and pursue new highway development opportunities.

Dilip Buildcon won a Rs 976 billion road contract in Jharkhand. The National Highways Authority of India has given the project a letter of acceptance (LoA) to develop a four-lane highway on the Mehgama-Hansdila section of NH-133 utilising the hybrid annuity model (HAM).
