Tanya Arvind Dubash, daughter of Godrej Industries chairman, acquires luxury sea-facing duplex in Worli's Naman Xana project for ₹226 crore. Mumbai's billionaire row sees another mega deal.

The Chapter, a luxury vacation house developer supported by industry leaders including Nadir Godrej, Anand Piramal, and the Burman family of Dabur India, plans to spend around ₹850 crore. This project aims to build luxury villas in India's top leisure spots.

Isprava Group, which manages Isprava and Lohono Stays, recently announced that it secured USD 130 million (about INR 987 crore) in an investment round headed by prominent family offices such Nadir Godrej and Burman.
