Godrej Properties has acquired a 26-acre land parcel off Sarjapur Road in South-East Bengaluru for a premium residential project with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,100 crore, strengthening its presence in one of the city's fastest-growing micro-markets.

Godrej Properties shares fell 16% in three months on weak bookings, but analysts project up to 90% upside driven by aggressive launches and strategic land acquisitions across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and NCR markets.

Godrej Properties reported a 42% spike in net debt to ₹4,637 crore in Q1 FY26, driven by strategic land acquisitions worth ₹11,400 crore across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Panipat markets.
