Shriram Properties has signed a joint development agreement for a premium row housing project in North Bengaluru's Yelahanka area, with an expected revenue potential of ₹600 crore and launch planned for the next fiscal year.

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) won an e-auction held by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) and successfully acquired two prime luxury group housing plots in Gurugram with a winning offer of ₹515 crore.

Godrej Properties, a significant real estate investor, plans to launch Rs 30,000 crore in residential projects in India's main cities this fiscal year. Due to strong demand, the firm wants to expand sales bookings by 20%.

In the third quarter of fiscal year 24, Bengaluru-based real estate developer The Prestige Group earned Rs 5,326.1 crore. Over the last year, growth has been 111%. A January 9 regulatory filing indicated a 5.46 million-square-foot construction.

Hero Realty plans to launch 4 million square feet of real estate initiatives this fiscal year with a revenue potential of 3,500 crore, according to industry reports.
