Asia-Pacific real asset major ESR has acquired 60 acres in Pune's Talegaon industrial corridor to develop a ₹650 crore logistics park featuring 1.35 million sq ft of Grade A warehousing infrastructure.

Global investment giant Brookfield has reportedly become the leading bidder to acquire one of India's largest logistics portfolios worth ₹5,000 crore, comprising over 13 million square feet of warehousing assets jointly owned by ESR and Allianz Real Estate.

Brookfield has taken the lead position in acquiring a 13 million sq ft logistics portfolio from ESR-Allianz JV, valued at ₹5,000 crore, marking one of India's largest warehousing deals.
