Dubai-based Emaar Properties has ruled out selling its Indian operations, instead opting for strategic joint ventures with major Indian conglomerates to accelerate expansion in the country's booming real estate market.

Adani Realty has reportedly withdrawn from its planned acquisition of Emaar India due to valuation disagreements. The stalled $1.4 billion deal could have expanded Adani’s real estate footprint.
