Dubai-based real estate firm Arch & Ana Real Estate has announced its entry into the Indian market with the opening of its first office in Chennai, with ambitious plans to expand operations across the country.

Sobha India, a subsidiary of the Dubai-based Sobha Group, wants to increase equity capital to ₹10,000 crore in the next five years. This ambitious goal will help the firm develop and enter new markets.
