NTPC Ltd has launched India's largest CSR-funded heritage restoration project with a ₹23 crore commitment to revive the 142-year-old Old Herbarium at Shibpur's AJC Bose Indian Botanic Garden, surpassing previous restoration initiatives.

CREDAI-MCHI has contributed ₹3.65 crore to Maharashtra's Chief Minister's Relief Fund for flood relief operations, with 44 member developers participating in this humanitarian initiative presented to CM Devendra Fadnavis in Mumbai.

The MPL 10 competition, organised by CREDAI MCHI, became a CSR platform. The tournament's inclusive semi-finals saw Team Rustomjee and Team B Kandhari advance to the Dubai grand final with the enthusiastic involvement of construction site youngsters.
