Vishal Gupta, Managing Director of Ashiana Housing, has been elected as the new President of CREDAI-NCR. The new leadership aims to drive policy reforms, promote sustainable development, and strengthen industry-government coordination across the National Capital Region's real estate sector.

Bengaluru-based Prestige Group, a real estate giant, is planning to transform urban landscapes across Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, and Goa. With a Bengaluru trial project, they are also targeting elder living.

Following the Maharashtra CREDAI chapter's threat to suspend building due to rising raw material costs, developers in the Delhi-NCR region have chosen to follow suit.
