Brigade Enterprises has signed a Joint Development Agreement for a ₹1,000 crore premium residential project on 6.6 acres in West Chennai, with launch expected in 2026, strengthening its foothold in Tamil Nadu's growing housing market.

Ashiana Housing, a New Delhi-based real estate developer, plans to spend Rs 650-700 crore in land and building in 2023-24. The business wants to book Rs 1,500 crore in area in FY24 and add 7-8 million sq ft in three years.
