Mumbai-based Arnya Realestates Fund Advisors has announced plans to deploy over ₹1,200 crore in residential housing projects across India by March 2026, marking a significant scale-up in its first year of operations.

Arnya Real Estate Fund Advisors and Supreme Universal have partnered to create a ₹1,000 crore private equity platform focused on residential redevelopment in Mumbai and Pune's premium urban markets.

Arnya Real Estate Fund Advisors, an alternative investment management business, will launch its first real estate debt fund to invest in India's top eight property markets, raising around ₹1,000 crore. The Arnya Real Estate Fund—Debt offers a ₹1,000 crore green-shoe option.
