The Bombay High Court dismissed PILs against Adani Properties' 24-acre Bandra Reclamation commercial project, ruling the land falls outside CRZ restrictions and clearing major legal hurdles for Mumbai's coastal development.

Adani Properties has outbid competitors to secure Mumbai's prestigious Rs 36,000 crore Motilal Nagar redevelopment project spanning 143 acres in Goregaon. This marks the conglomerate's second major Mumbai urban renewal venture after the Dharavi project.

As per real estate sources in Mumbai, Adani Properties is the frontrunner among eight resolution applications for insolvent real estate company Housing Development Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL)
