Bihar's government has announced three four-lane expressway projects worth ₹17,000 crore along the Ganga River, set to revolutionize connectivity across Patna, Bhagalpur, and Munger while boosting real estate and tourism opportunities.

Mahindra Lifespaces Developers has acquired redevelopment rights for two adjacent housing societies in Mumbai's Chembur area, representing a combined development potential of ₹1,700 crore across 4.4 acres.

Bangalore-based Prestige Estate Projects plans to treble its hotel portfolio with a ₹1700 crore investment in the next 3-4 years. Managing 1,849 keys across India, the business aims to create ₹1,800 crore in income, tripling current sales of ₹900 crore.

This new residential project in Borivali West will bring almost 1 million square feet of development on the table for Sunteck Realty. The approximate revenue to be churned in the next four to five years is estimated to be somewhere close to INR 1700 Crores and beyond.
