Fresh Equity Issue Structure Targets ₹400 Crore Capital Raise

The company disclosed that the public offering has been structured entirely as a fresh equity issue, with no offer-for-sale component included in the proposal. Market analysts noted that at the upper price band limit, Sri Lotus Developers aims to mobilize approximately ₹400 crore from investors, which would establish the company's post-issue valuation at around ₹1,000 crore.

Investment banking sources confirmed that the IPO subscription window opens on August 5 and will remain accessible to investors through August 9. The timeline indicates that share allotment is expected to be completed by August 14, with subsequent listing on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.

Company officials revealed that the proceeds from the initial public offering have been earmarked primarily for debt reduction initiatives and financing of ongoing and planned residential and commercial real estate developments. Industry sources reported that the company currently owns and operates several high-rise residential projects spanning Karnataka and Telangana states, with a comprehensive development pipeline extending over 20 million square feet.

The company announced that ICICI Securities and Axis Capital have been appointed as the book-running lead managers for the public offering.
