CREDAI MCHI Thane's 20th Real Estate & HFC Expo 2023 - A Super Successful Event

When you have around 27,465 prospective home buyers attending the show over the course of four days, and approval of home loans totaling around INR 970 crore by participating banks, you know the event has been a resounding success.

Property-2023 The Thane expo, which began on the 3rd of February 2023, came to a triumphant conclusion on the 6th. Organised by CREDAI-MCHI Thane, the four-day event at Raymond Ground, Thane West attracted a significant number of homebuyers.

The exhibition was launched by Abhijit Bangar, IAS, TMC commissioner; Ashok Shingare, TMC collector; Jaijeet Singh, Thane police commissioner; and Gautam Singhania, CMD, Raymond Group.

Eknath Shinde, the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, made a special appearance on the last day of the exhibition, which was attended by several dignitaries over the course of four days. He congratulated the group on the successful implementation of the exhibition "Homebuyers should be able to acquire their ideal house in a safe and secure manner; thus, events such as these are crucial since they provide direct communication between buyers and developers.

Jitendra Mehta, president of Thane, described the exhibition as a resounding success "Thane is the ideal alternative for CREDAI-MCHI families looking for their dream house. Therefore, we are delighted that purchasers arrived in huge numbers to reserve their desired residence. Also, for those who were unable to attend the expo, the digital version will be accessible for the next three months.

At the exhibition, purchasers had access to house alternatives in all three price groups, ranging from Rs 18 lakh to Rs 5 crore.

"Selling the proper product at the right price at the proper place has done wonders for all Thane ventures. And we continue to concentrate our efforts on the growth of Thane and establish new standards for homeowners " Sachin Mirani, vice-president of CREDAI-MCHI Thane, explains.

Ajay Ashar, immediate past president of CREDAI-MCHI Thane, also owes the expo's success to the optimistic attitude around homebuying.

"The beauty of this expo was that homebuyers were able to compare several projects under one roof; they met a variety of professionals, including sales teams, home financing agencies, and channel partners, which simplified their homebuying choice," he says.
