Delhi Golf Links is Popular Among Delhi's Affluent Homebuyers

New Delhi:

Bhanu Chopra, the Founder of RateGain, purchased an 850-square-meter mansion in Delhi's Golf Links for INR 127.5 crore.

RateGain is a worldwide supplier of SaaS solutions for the hotel and travel industries. Chopra joins the ranks of other business titans who have purchased residences in affluent Delhi neighbourhoods.

"Recent purchases at Golf Links have been numerous, with HNIs favouring the region. Due of the limited number of bungalows, the price has remained stable "said one of the individuals listed above. Shailesh Arora, director of Maxop Engineering, recently acquired a 575-square-foot home in Golf Links for INR 68.5 billion. Previously, Pawan Agarwal, deputy managing director of DB Group (Dainik Bhaskar), paid INR 75 crore for a 575-square-yard home in the same neighbourhood.

Sunil Vachani, the CEO of Dixon Technologies, and Ahuja, the former CEO of Bank, are among those who purchased houses in Golf Links during the outbreak.
