Urbanrise to Construct Townships in Tambaram, Chennai

Alliance Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Urbanrise, plans to build three 3,600-crore townships on a 96.5-acre plot of land in Tambaram, Chennai.

Urbanrise's expansion plan for the real estate market includes purchasing large plots of land in prime areas in and around Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad such as this one, which has a development potential of 13 million square feet and a revenue potential of 7,000 crore.

Location of a township with first-rate amenities is ideal in Tambaram, which is becoming the business and residential hub of Chennai. Alliance Group is a well-known real estate developer in South India; they have built over 7,500 homes and have 54 million square feet under development at the moment, with another 25 million square feet in the planning stages.

Alliance Group's reputation in the real estate business and the region's infrastructure are both expected to benefit tremendously from the Tambaram mega township project. As a result of the project's funding, new jobs and commercial opportunities are expected to be created, which will boost the local economy.
